The performance was first presented in Kavala, as part of the 68th Philippi Festival — a commission of the Festival organized by the Municipal and Regional Theatre of Kavala (DIPETHE Kavala) — and later traveled to Athens, within the framework of the initiative “The Philippi Festival travels to the Greek National Opera.”
“We divided the day into corpses of moments, into murdered hours that we bury within ourselves — in the caves of our being, in the caves where the freedom of desire is born — and we fill them with all kinds of filth and garbage that are handed to us as ‘values,’ as ‘morality,’ as ‘civilization.’

We have turned our bodies into vast cemeteries of murdered desires and expectations; we leave behind the most important, the most essential things...
Everything, everything we leave for the tomorrow that will never come...”
Aboard the ferry connecting Kavala and Thassos, a performance unfolds — inspired by the truths spoken by Chronis Missios — an ode to all that we never dared: to desires left half-spoken, to words that never found a mouth to be uttered, to gazes that turned away.

To all that we did not live — and to all that we still can.
It is not merely a familiar journey, but an experience.

A Movement.
A Transition.
A Return.

A Departure without destination.
A voyage not always meant to arrive, but to get a little lost.
There, we may meet a self that took another path, that is in another phase, that lives another life, that glows under a different light.\
